For my macro class today we were given a "challenge". Everyone was given a rose. Then we all had 2 hours to shoot the rose in the most artistic way possible. We have to hand it in by next Wednesday. Then our instructor is going to have other classes vote on which one they like the best. The "winner" will have their picture made into a large print and displayed at the school, then they will be able to take it home at a later time.
