Finally Spring!

I know that the latest warm stretch probably won't last long, but it has been nice the last few days to enjoy the warmer weather. We have taken several walks up to the high school and back. The kids get to ride their bikes and have much improved since our first walk last week. Carson really struggled at first. His bike is just a little to big for him, so he was very nervous about falling. His bike from last year, the peddals locked up, so he was given the choice to use Belle's bike from last year or learn to ride his new bike. He didn't want to ride a girls bike, so we have not seen any tears since!
Phil and I have decided to run a 5k this summer, so we really need to be getting out more. Right now there is no running, just getting used to walking again! I think we will probably find one that is in the late summer so that we have plenty of time to get in shape! Wish us luck.
Nessa and I walked to preschool this morning. While we were there she learned about the leprechaun and St. Patricks Day. Our whole walk home she was watching for them, and talking about how she was going to catch it when she found it...So cute! She is napping right now, but has plans of going out to look again when she wakes up!
I recently ordered post cards for my business, they are great. I am trying to compile a list of people to send them to. If you are interested or know someone that might be let me know and I will get one out to them. There is a coupon on there for a reduced sitting fee...
I was going to go and shoot some eagles down in Red Wing on Saturday, but they were flying so high that my camera couldn't get a good tight shot of one. I am toying with the idea of going down again or even to Wabasha if I can find time.
This week I am going to attempt to sew some new curtains for the living room. We bought some fabric on Friday night, but there wasn't enough of the other stuff that we needed, so I am now on a hunt for it. I am hoping to have it finished up by next Monday when we have Bible study here again, but it will all depend on my luck finding the last of the fabric I need.
Well, I better accomplish something before Ness wakes up. I will post again soon!
