Over the weekend we took the kids down to where Phil works. Santa was there. I haven't uploaded the pictures yet, but will soon. Besides a bag full of Norwood crap (most of which got thrown away) the kids each got a present from him. Austin got a game that you plug into the TV, Belle got a stuffed unicorn, Carson got a truck that comes apart(with screws), and Nessa got a shape sorter(she loves those things!). When we got there Carson was scared and that surprised me because Santa had been to his school 2 times, but his sister told him that this Santa sounded different and it kind of freaked him out. Ness wasnt too interested. She cried when whe was made to stand still to have the picture taken. It wasn't that she was scared of him, she just doesn't sit still for anything.

Then on Saturday night we took the kids (ness stayed at mom and dads) to Charlotte's Web. They all really liked it. They were quiet, through the whole thing. We also went through 2 giant tubs of popcorn...good thing refills are free! THen on the ride home we were asking them questions about the movie to see if they retained anything, I was shocked when they were able to remember a lot of what we were asking.

I have one final left, it should be an easy one, then I am done with classes until mid-January!!! Once I finish that I can devote all of my attention to the house and cleaning it for the Gergen Christmas. That will be on Christmas day. Our Christmas starts this friday. We have my mom's family at thier house on friday night. Saturday we have Christmas with my family, Sunday we are doing our own Christmas and then on Sunday we do the Gergen one. We will be Christmased out and probably 10 pounds heavier once it is all done!

Tonight I am going shopping with Paula and Belle to pick out Belle's Christmas dress. I am in the midst of fighting with her, she is refusing to take a nap. I told her that if she doesn't stop playing then she cant go. I think we will head up towards Burnsville. I have to drive so that I can smoke!!! Riding in a car is sooooo boring I need to have something to keep me occupied so that my pea sized attention span doesnt get too bored.

Next Friday (the 29th) Phil's brother and his wife (mark and amanda) are taking the kids to the aquarium at the M.O.A. Phil is going to take that day off so he and I can do something. Who knows, we will probably spend it working on the basement, but at least we will accomplish something. I also need to clean my room, so with Ness gone I can get in there.

I fell behind on laundry last week because I ran out of soap. I have been working to catch up all week long. I am almost able to see the floor again in the basement. I have at least 3 more loads left to do. Each day I have to do at least 2 loads just to keep up. If I miss a day then I am in trouble.

I better get going, the kids are going to be up soon and I have more housework to do. I will post pictures in the next couple of days.
