Nothing New Really

A few updates...
-My air conditioner pooped out this weekend. It froze up on Friday, then on Saturday it started squeeling and then the fan just stopped working. I am waiting for a guy to come and fix it as we speak.
-We no longer have any dogs!!!

-The kids made the paper again!

-We recently went and looked at a house. It had 5 bedrooms, a full unfinished basement, and an acre of land. Totally in our price range and only 2 miles outside of town. We both loved it and were ready to put an offer in and then we were told that it was sold contingent on an inspection. We are hoping the other people will back out or their financing will fall through...There is still hope right? We were approved to keep our house as a rental property and buy the other house. We would have all of the mortgage on this house paid for with rent income and a good chunk on the new house. I will find us another one.

-Swimming lessons have come to an end. Nessa cried the first 3 days, but then warmed up to one of her teachers and had a blast the next 7 days. She really loves the water and is sad that lessons are over. We will be going to Red Wing again soon, so then she will be happy.

-Baseball is ending this week. Austin has playoffs tomorrow and Wednesday, he will be dissappointed as well as bored when it is done. But the following week he is going to Bible school at a local church and they are going to go on some "adventures". One day to the MOA park, another to the zoo, and another day they are going to a water park. He is looking forward to it.

-We have been busy all weekend staining the fence, I stained the deck last week and it looks great! We are only half way done with the fence, we didn't realize how bad it was until we made it look 100% better! The only problem now is we have to wait to finish until it is not suppose to rain for a few days!

-We should be getting new neighbors any day now. The house next door hasn't been listed for a couple of weeks now, the kids are hoping that their will be kids.
